God Will Meet Your Needs
Worry and anxiety can be consuming. Going through life, seeing your enemies or friends experience blessings can become discouraging. I know we all know God “cares” for us, but do we believe the Lord God in heaven will and can meet our needs? I am here to remind you: Yes He can and Yes He will.
The Distracted Christian
Are you fitful? Fussy and frustrated right now? Whenever we grow easily irritated and leaping from one worry to the next, then we must acknowledge God is no longer at the forefront of our lives. Replacing Him with idols ans false gods, we as Christians have to be careful to quickly submit our worries, so they do not absorb us. We are to be separate from the world not blending in.
Words are Free
Your language is a reflection of who you are. Your words, comments, and conversastions reveals what kind of people we are and what we value. Does your words validate your state as a child of God? Or does it make you look like a hypocrite?
Reality Check: God is Everything
Sometimes, we need a little refresher course to remind us the lives, we’re living is not about us. However everyday it is essential for Christians to remember how much we love God and how unconditionally, He loves us! Finally, accepting the truth “God is Everything” does not lessen the impact and power of our lives or makes us dull human beings. Instead accepting this truth unlocks our destinies and purposes. Living for God is never a loss, only the ultimate expression of joy.
Jesus Give Me Peace
Do you sometimes think peace is imaginary? Christians talk about it and Jesus said His peace is real and evident. But where is it? Life’s struggles will never disappear, but if you can find a a moment in the overwhelmingness of life then you could breathe. Unemployment, job evaluations, divorce, break ups, destructive arguments between long time friends and family there are so many circumstances where we request from heaven the peace Jesus promised us here on Earth. Yet our hearts remain empty and our spirits shaking. Do you think, maybe asking for peace is not the issue we’re having. The Lord Jesus will not give us peace in a situation, if we’re not determined to keep our minds focused on Him.
Cheap Imitations
Children say the darned-est things don’t they! If you have a niece, nephew, or children of your own, then you know the worlds that come forth out of their mouths can be quite a shocker! So think about it are you a Christian who people can truly identify as living the life or are you a person who has to proclaim it?
