Have you ever thought where did I ever go wrong? I followed the directions given to me word from word. I bubbled in the right answers. I passed every test and it still feels like I’am sinking in my adult life when I should be prospering. Not a great career or shaky finances. Jesus never promises life will be easy, yet He will give us clarity the minute, even us struggling twenty somethings, humble ourselves and ask for His help.

Be an Encourager, not an Observer!

Sometimes, we need to stop our selfish desires and actually look at those struggling around us. One of the greatest thing we can do is to stop, being so passive as our loved ones suffer.

Keep it a Secret

There are some people who cannot keep anything a secret. Even after the Mighty God told them to. The last thing we should do is expose our good deeds, when Jesus warns us to do good unto others for God’s glory. Are we secret keepers or consistent, glory hog whistle blowers?

Struggling with laziness or slothfulness is an everyday battle. Laziness or slothfulness is a sin. It is the unwillingness to do what needs to be done, so to gratify our desire to please the flesh. The independent, selfish mindset screams out, “I do not feel like it. So I am not going to do it.” In spite of the Holy Spirit urging us, and jumping in the air, waving red and white flares to work. Since time is short. How destructive is laziness?

Depression hits us where it hurts, especially when your job or marriage is not all what it is cracked up to be. Sometimes we place our hope in temporary, worldly things, which leads to disappointment. This is why we must remind ourselves as to why we are here on Earth. Remembering our one true purpose when our hopes are crushed.
