There are some people who cannot keep anything a secret. Even after the Mighty God told them to. The last thing we should do is expose our good deeds, when Jesus warns us to do good unto others for God’s glory. Are we secret keepers or consistent, glory hog whistle blowers?

Shouting on the Mountainside
Has your desperate prayers and questions to God ever passed unanswered? Being on the mountainside, and only hearing your echo plays tricks on the mind. We begin to wonder if God hears our prayers and concerns, when in fact God has never left us. Always remember the master is quiet, when the pupil takes his test. Take a read, and see if yourself, and whatever you do, don’t give up!
Laziness the Slow, Effective Killer
Struggling with laziness or slothfulness is an everyday battle. Laziness or slothfulness is a sin. It is the unwillingness to do what needs to be done, so to gratify our desire to please the flesh. The independent, selfish mindset screams out, “I do not feel like it. So I am not going to do it.” In spite of the Holy Spirit urging us, and jumping in the air, waving red and white flares to work. Since time is short. How destructive is laziness?
What are you here for?
Depression hits us where it hurts, especially when your job or marriage is not all what it is cracked up to be. Sometimes we place our hope in temporary, worldly things, which leads to disappointment. This is why we must remind ourselves as to why we are here on Earth. Nasty spots are rough patches in…
The Desire to be Better
Time always seems to be slipping through our fingers. We desire to do better and be better for ourselves, families, and most importantly God, yet we fall short. We sin. It does not mean God has given up on us. In this blog post, I recap where I have fallen short, and my current desire to be who the Lord has called me to be.
The Battle Against Self Doubt Pt. 1
I have been on this road a long time. I know many people were expecting some form of a glow up from me, but God had other plans. Let me tell you, I been on the mountaintop facing God’s presence to walking for years in the darkest valleys. Self doubt has plagued my steps and for a while I completely stopped writing, dreaming, drawing and everything I loved, because I believed in lies, rather than seeing the power and beauty lying within. Inspire them! Tell them! Show them! I rather write to you my journey in creating A Meeting at the Well and my growth, than show off, don’t you think its time for you to overcome self doubt as well?
Jesus Give Me Peace
Do you sometimes think peace is imaginary? Christians talk about it and Jesus said His peace is real and evident. But where is it? Life’s struggles will never disappear, but if you can find a a moment in the overwhelmingness of life then you could breathe. Unemployment, job evaluations, divorce, break ups, destructive arguments between long time friends and family there are so many circumstances where we request from heaven the peace Jesus promised us here on Earth. Yet our hearts remain empty and our spirits shaking. Do you think, maybe asking for peace is not the issue we’re having. The Lord Jesus will not give us peace in a situation, if we’re not determined to keep our minds focused on Him.
